Noted political observer Paul Lisnek to address REALTORS® policy group

WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — WHO: Dr. Paul M. Lisnek, an award-winning television host and anchor of “Politics Tonight” on CLTV and the on-air political analyst for WGN-TV.

WHEN: The lunch starts at 11:45 a.m., and Lisnek is expected to speak at 12:45 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 22, Embassy Suites East Peoria Hotel & Conference Center, 100 Conference Center Drive, East Peoria, Ill. The event is in River F.

WHAT: Dr. Lisnek, a nationally recognized lecturer and trainer who, in addition to his work on “Politics Tonight” and for WGN-TV, hosts “Newsmakers” on Headline News Channel and “Political Update” on the Comcast Network. He will be speaking at the RPAC Luncheon of the Illinois Association of REALTORS® Public Policy Meetings. Dr. Lisnek will discuss national and state politics, including the 2014 elections.  

 

Background: Each year the Illinois Association of REALTORS® holds meetings in January to discuss local, state and federal policy issues affecting the industry and set their policy agenda for the year. The invitation-only meeting attracts some of the most engaged members of a 41,000-member association that represents the real estate industry in Illinois. This year’s lunch speaker, Dr. Paul Lisnek, is an attorney who has served as a legal and political analyst on television and radio including “The Today Show,” “NBC Nightly News,” “Anderson Cooper 360” and C-TV, Canada’s largest television network.
