Lee & Associates Illinois Hires Terry Grapenthin As Principal

CHICAGO – February 20, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the country, has announced that Terry Grapenthin, a 13 year veteran who specializes in industrial brokerage, has joined the firm’s Illinois office as a principal.

Prior to joining Lee, Grapenthin spent 13 years at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate, where he worked mainly on industrial asset and tenant/buyer representation with both institutional and local entrepreneurial companies. Over the course of his career, he has provided valuable services to some of the top real estate companies in the country, with transactions valued in excess of $50 million.

Grapenthin’s new position focuses on the Interstate 55, I-80 and I-294 corridors, where he will provide services to both institutional and private owners of industrial real estate, as well as tenants and buyers.
