WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 13, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Homes for a Changing Region – Northwest DuPage County Cluster project is working to improve “livability via housing” for the communities of Glendale Heights, Hanover Park, and West Chicago, but to do this we need your help!

This project is a collaboration between the DuPage area municipalities and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP), Metropolitan Mayors Caucus, and Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC). Funding for the project is provided by The Chicago Community Trust and the Harris Family Foundation
