Lee & Associates Completes Long-Term Office Lease on Behalf of Douglas Shaw & Associate

Torrance, CA – October 28, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a long-term lease for a 30,646-square-foot office space located at 1717 Park St. in Naperville. The value of the lease is approximately $6.5 million.

Ellen Steinbrecher and CJ Kuehl, both principals, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, LLC represented the tenant Douglas Shaw & Associates. The company is relocating from West Chicago and currently expanding.

The landlord, Quarter Circle, was represented by Patrick Kiefer of NAI Hiffman.
