The new facility is in a larger, more modern office that fits with the goals of owners Mark Feyman and Ivana Shudnow. These two real estate veterans purchased RE/MAX 1st Class last July with a plan to grow their business by focusing on residential short sales and foreclosures, as well as traditional transactions, and on significantly expanding their presence in the commercial real estate market.
“We feel the commercial side of our business has great potential and that we can become, in the foreseeable future, the largest commercial brokerage in the RE/MAX Northern Illinois network outside downtown Chicago,” said Feyman.
Both Feyman and Shudnow know how important the right office and location are for a real estate brokerage, and the new office combines improved facilities with a more visible location.
