Duke Realty Signs 500,000 SF of New Leases in the I-55 Submarket
The transactions include an expansion by RTC, Inc. and a new lease with APL Warehouse Logistics Management, Inc. in two of its buildings in Crossroads Business Park in Bolingbrook, and a new lease with Midwest Air Technologies, Inc. in 1341 Enterprise Drive, a 324,115-square-foot speculative warehouse it delivered in May in Romeoville.
Lee & Associates Closes 145,000-SF Industrial Sale
Torrance, CA - September 24, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms in the country with regional expertise, has closed a 145,000-square-foot industrial sale at 903 Carlow Drive in Bolingbrook, Ill. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
