Mayor Rahm Emanuel today joined Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) CEO Eugene Jones Jr. and the Commissioner of the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) Samantha Fields to announce all retail electric suppliers are banned from soliciting on CHA properties, effective immediately.
