Lee & Associates Completes $6.5 Million Industrial Lease

Torrance, CA – March 28, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a long-term 91-month lease for a 298,123-square-foot industrial space located at 284 Lies Road in Carol Stream.

Principals Ken Franzese, John Cassidy and Walter Murphy of the Lee & Associates Illinois office, represented the landlord, STRS Ohio. The tenant, Kerry Ingredients, was represented by Trevor Ragsdale of Jones Lang LaSalle.
