Catylist and Corporate Connection Online Launch Commercial Real Estate Listing Service
Catylist Inc, a Chicago-based software company, and Corporate Connection Online Inc., a Chicago-based market research company, have partnered to create a new commercial real estate listing service.
The Chicago Commercial Database, www.ChicagoCDB.com delivers commercial real estate information to brokers, appraisers, investors, businesses, and others. The service helps users efficiently locate and evaluate property for sale or lease, market listings for sale or lease, and connect with the Chicagoland real estate community.
Since 1986, local researchers employed by the ChicagoCDB.com have compiled information on 40,000 buildings, 25,000 available listings and 8,000 professionals. ChicagoCDB.com will soon add 70,000 completed sales transactions (“comps”).
Catylist operates commercial listing databases in nearly 40 markets nationwide and has a significant presence in the Midwest — including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.

ChicagoCDB.com offers two membership types and is open to everyone. Basic membership is available free, and permits users to add and update listings, as well as search a subset of the inventory. Full membership is available for $250/quarter and offers a broad range of search, marketing, and analytic tools. Additionally, users may connect the database to their websites, CRM databases, and other applications.
