Lee & Associates Closes on 146,798-Square-Foot Industrial Building

Torrance, CA – January 18, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — The Illinois office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country, has closed on the sale of a 146,798-square-foot industrial building located in St. Charles, Ill. The sale price is undisclosed.

The seller, Zich-West Stern LLC., was represented by Michael Androwich, Nick Eboli and John Sharpe of Lee Illinois in Chicago. Shaun Burke of H&B Realty represented the buyer, Venture One.

The property, located at 3940-3950 Stern Ave., was an investment transaction with a lease back to the seller, Colony Display. Venture One Real Estate, LLC is a Chicago-based national commercial real estate company that acquires, develops, leases, and manages industrial and office properties on its own behalf and on behalf of investment partners.
